Driving lessons are tailored to the individual pupil, so you learn to drive at the best pace to suit you. Phil has a great sense of humour and your driving lessons are taught with a calm and patient manner which puts even the most nervous pupils at ease very quickly.

With Phil you will not be expected to drive to Exeter until you are ready. Driving lessons initially take place at Westpoint if necessary then Seaton, Sidmouth, Ottery, Budleigh, Exmouth and finally Honiton before venturing out onto the A30 Dual Carriageway. Never the same place twice ! When you and Phil agree together, your driving lessons will then progress into Exeter in preparation for your driving test.

Phil is always on time and never cancels a driving lesson. He is very reliable and will stay with you from start to finish until you pass your driving test.

Your driving lessons are booked with Phil well in advance and on regular days and times allowing you to plan in advance. Driving lessons are available on weekdays and Saturday and Sundays.
Your driving lessons are taken in Phil´s brand new white Ford Fiesta petrol 2 door car which is a great car to learn to drive in.



Phil Harlow Driving School also teaches UNDER 17 (16+) driving lessons at Westpoint Driver Training Circuit, hazard perception & theory test help and advice, pass plus, refresher lessons, night driving and motorway driving lessons. Phil Harlow Driving School can also provide intensive driving lessons (more than 2hrs of driving lessons per week)if space allows.
